San Diego Hotel - There is no shortage of hotels in San Diego. Most are located in close proximity to the more popular attractions and public transportation is readily accessible. This makes travelling around the city no problem at all. The further from downtown the less expensive the hotel, but if you plan on taking public transportation the cost of a taxi might be more than the hotel room itself.
